About this course

This course is the final in a series of core components of the ECA Management Fundamentals Program. As you have worked through the program, you have been guided to build on the strengths that you bring to your management role, and prepare for other roles you may be interested in pursuing—either in your organisation or across the scope of education and care settings. 

This course will summarise what you have learnt through the program, and guide you to reflect on your management capabilities and evolving understanding of management.   
By completing this course, participants will be able to apply the following learning outcomes:
  • review key concepts from the ECA Management Fundamentals Program
  • consolidate your understanding of management practices in education and care settings
  • identify key goals and actions to support your ongoing development as a manager in education and care.
